Welcome to my webpage! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Economics Department and a Dissertation Fellow at the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation at UC San Diego. I use quasi-experimental econometric techniques and experimental methods to study questions in the fields of Development Economics and Political Economy. The main theme of my research is evaluating the intended and unintended effects of government reforms and new technologies designed to improve governance.
