I am an applied microeconomist who works in public and labor economics with a focus on the environment, local governments and crime. My research in particular focuses on inequality within the United States across various domains. In each of these areas, I attempt to apply an economic lens to the systems and policies that drive inequality, while better understanding the average and distributional consequences of perturbing these structures.
